Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method:

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Delivery Time:

3–5 business days

Shipping Cost:

– Free on orders over $100 (before tax)

– Flat rate calculated at checkout for orders under $100

Shipping Coverage:

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Window:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

-Gift cards

-Perishable goods

-Items marked as "final sale" or "non returnable"

How to Return:

Contact our support team at budgetbuyslargo@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns may be subject to a shipping fee deduction unless due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

At Budget Buys, we offer a variety of products in New, Open Box, and Used condition. Each item is thoroughly inspected and clearly labeled on its product page, so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

Please note that some products may have missing parts or accessories — when this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the product description. We believe in full transparency so you can make informed decisions when shopping with us.

Condition Descriptions:

New – Brand new, unused items, typically in original packaging and complete with all parts and accessories.

Open Box – Items that have been opened or lightly handled but are in like-new condition. These products are fully functional and may have minor cosmetic signs of handling or come without original packaging or some non-essential accessories (as noted in the listing).

Used – Pre-owned items that have been tested and confirmed to be in full working condition. These items may show signs of wear and, in some cases, may have missing parts — if so, this will be disclosed in the product description.
