Welcome to Budget Buys! By accessing our website or purchasing through our services, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Budget Buys operates this website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Our contact details are in section 17.

You agree to use our Service lawfully and ethically. Prohibited activities include:

-Tampering with the website or using bots to extract data

-Posting spam, malware, conspiracy, or hate content

-Attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the website

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized use immediately.

-All orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability.

-Prices displayed are final at purchase; we reserve the right to correct errors.

-Payment is processed securely through PCI-compliant external providers.

-For sold gift cards, we comply with U.S. state laws; lost/stolen cards may not be replaced without proof of purchase.

Budget Buys offers both new and used (including refurbished) products for sale. Products listed as “used,” “pre-owned,” or “refurbished” are clearly labeled on their respective product pages and may show signs of previous use, including cosmetic wear or repackaging.

By purchasing any used or refurbished item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

-Used products are sold as-is, but are functionally tested and verified to be in working condition unless otherwise stated.

-Cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches, scuffs, or packaging damage may be present.

-All used/refurbished items include any applicable warranties or return policies as specified on the product page or in our returns policy, which may differ from those for new products.

-Return windows for used or refurbished items may be shorter than for new products (typically 14 days unless otherwise specified).

-Availability of used products is limited and subject to change without notice.

Budget Buys makes every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and condition labeling. However, all sales of used or refurbished products are final subject to our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

-Digital and physical gift cards are redeemable at Budget Buys.

-Cards are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash (except as required by law).

-We log gift card purchases and redemptions to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.

All prices listed on the Budget Buys website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales tax and any other applicable fees will be calculated and added at checkout, based on your shipping address and current local/state laws.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees required by applicable jurisdictions. Budget Buys collects sales tax where legally required. For orders shipped outside of these jurisdictions, customers may be responsible for self-assessing and remitting any use taxes.

All content on this site—brand names, logos, text, images—is Budget Buys’ property. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes and with full credit.

Our site may include links to external websites or embed third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping partners). We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

-We provide the Service "as is"—no express or implied warranties apply.

-Use is at your own risk.

-We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits or data) .

To the maximum legal extent, Budget Buys' total liability to you is limited to the amounts you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by Florida state law. Both parties agree to resolve disputes in Florida state or federal courts. Mandatory arbitration applies to any claim related to these Terms, with a waiver of class actions and jury trials.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 3, 5–13, and 16 survive termination.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the latest version with the updated “Effective Date.” We may notify you of significant changes via email or site notification.
